Congratulations to the Footman’s Head Chef Andy Evans on his new role as Executive Chef for the Meredith Group!  Also welcoming to The Only Running Footman as our Senior Sous Chef, Stephen Adams.

Stephen, formely of a privately run Gastro Pub in Brighton and Sussex regional magazine.  Stephen has had over 150 local seasonal recipes published.  Watch this space for his Chef’s table menus that should be going live within the week.
